These Terms govern your use of this website and every order placed on it with Caliora Citadel, a sole proprietorship operating online from Gurugram, Haryana. We have no physical shop. Placing an order means you accept what follows, so it is worth the five minutes.
1. Who you are dealing with
Caliora Citadel sells Sticky Notes and related stationery to customers in India only. Our registered correspondence address is G24X+R4R, 4182, Block F, Carterpuri Village, Sector 23A, Gurugram, Haryana 122017, India and the only support channel is care@calioracitadel.shop. Where these Terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that business; “you” means the person placing the order.
2. Using the site
You may browse, order and share our pages for personal or ordinary business use. You may not scrape the catalogue, resell our product photography, place orders under a false identity, or use the site in a way that interferes with other customers. If you create an account, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping the password to yourself.
You confirm that the information you give us at checkout — name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email — is true and current. Almost every failed delivery we see traces back to a mistyped address.
3. Prices, currency and tax
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. As a small individual seller we operate below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected on your order and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. Delivery is free at ₹999 and above; below that a flat ₹49 is added and always displayed before you pay. There are no handling, packaging or fuel surcharges.
4. How you can pay
Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery, and by nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet, and we neither collect nor store card details of any kind. If any page or message ever asks you to pay another way, treat it as fraudulent and tell us.
5. Orders and our right to decline
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we confirm dispatch by email. Until that point we may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock runs short, if a price was displayed in error, if payment cannot be verified, if the PIN code is outside our courier network, or if the delivery address is outside India. Where that happens, anything you paid is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Dispatch, transit times and charges are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Cancellation before dispatch is free and is covered by the Cancellation Policy. Returns run for 10 days from delivery under the Refund & Returns Policy, with refunds processed within 7 business days. Those three pages form part of these Terms.
7. Product descriptions
We describe pad counts, sheet counts, sizes, colours and adhesive type as accurately as we can, and photograph the goods we actually ship. Screens render colour differently, so a pastel range may read slightly warmer or cooler than on your monitor. Where a listing carries an error we will correct it, and you may cancel any affected order for a full refund.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography and logo on this site belong to Caliora Citadel and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Where a listing mentions a paper size, adhesive type or industry-standard format, that is a description of the product and not a claim of association with any other company.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and the goods are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Caliora Citadel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Privacy and data
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the business changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are reflected on this page rather than sent by email.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana. No foreign law applies to your order.
