What exactly do you sell?
Repositionable paper: 3×3 and 4×4 sticky note pads in bright and pastel ranges, lined and plain, page tabs and flags, dispenser pads, and large 25×30 inch self-stick easel pads for workshops and classrooms. Multi-pad bulk boxes are our biggest sellers, because teams get through them faster than they expect. We are an online-only shop — there is no physical showroom to visit.
How sticky is "super sticky"?
Standard pads are made to hold on a clean, flat desk or a page. Super-sticky pads use a higher-tack adhesive that also grips painted walls, whiteboards, monitor bezels and textured surfaces, and they keep holding for weeks rather than hours. Both peel away without leaving residue on ordinary paper. Choose super-sticky if the note has to survive a wall for a full sprint; choose standard if it lives on a desk.
How do I keep pads working for longer?
Store them flat, away from direct sun and away from a hot window, and keep the top sheet on until you use the pad — that sheet is the dust cover. If a pad has been open in a dusty room, peeling one sheet off restores most of the tack. Adhesive struggles on freshly painted or greasy surfaces and on very dusty whiteboards; wiping the surface first makes a bigger difference than people expect.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout — one fee for the whole order, never per pad. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start packing the same day; we hand parcels to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1–2 business days, transit is usually 3–8 business days, so most orders land within 4–10 business days of confirmation. Remote and hill PIN codes can add a day or two.
How can I pay?
Two ways: UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery. Nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Can I return a pad I did not get on with?
Yes — you have 10 days from delivery. Pads must be unused with the original packaging and tags plus the invoice, which for us means the shrink-wrap or dispenser box still intact. Used pads, personalised orders, clearance stock and gift cards cannot come back unless they arrived faulty. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
What if the box arrives damaged, or a pad will not stick at all?
Record a short video as you open the parcel and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. That clip is all the proof we need for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items, and we arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away at no shipping cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month product warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.
How do I track my order?
The moment your parcel ships we send a tracking link by both email and SMS. If a tracking page has not moved for more than 48 hours, send us your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
Do you supply schools, studios and offices in bulk?
Yes, and most of our catalogue is already built for it — 18, 36, 48 and 150 pad boxes, plus four-packs of easel pads. If you need a quantity that is not listed, or a delivery split across a term, tell us what you are planning and we will say honestly whether we can supply it.

Caliora Citadel ships from Gurugram, Haryana. Support is by email, Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Emails that arrive outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
