Two ways to pay, no surprises, nothing stored. That is the whole model at Caliora Citadel. This page explains both options, what happens to a refund, and what you will never be asked for.

The two options

UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery. Both appear at checkout wherever your PIN code is serviceable, and neither carries a processing fee. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

Paying by UPI

Choose UPI and approve the collect request in whichever app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. Confirmation takes seconds and your order moves straight into packing. Your UPI PIN and bank credentials are entered in your own app and never touch this website.

Paying cash on delivery

Pick Cash on Delivery and hand the amount to the courier when the parcel arrives. Having the right change ready makes the handover quicker, particularly on bulk-box orders. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a small number of remote locations are prepaid-only, and checkout says so before you commit.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet other than UPI — no such option exists at checkout, and we never store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials of any kind. If a page, call or message ever asks you to pay another way, it is not us. Treat it as fraudulent and tell us.

Tax and invoicing

Caliora Citadel is a small individual seller operating below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. The price you see is the price you pay, plus the delivery fee where one applies.

Delivery charges at checkout

Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Below that a flat ₹49 is added, shown on the payment screen before you confirm — never after.

How refunds come back

Approved refunds return to the original UPI account. For Cash on Delivery orders we transfer to a bank account you nominate. Cancellation refunds take 5 to 7 business days; refunds after a return take 7 business days. Both timelines follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
