Everything we sell is paper, and paper hates being bent. So every order leaves Gurugram, Haryana boxed flat, corner-protected and taped shut. This page tells you when your parcel leaves us, how long it travels, and what it costs — all of it visible before you pay, none of it added at the last screen.
What it costs
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above, anywhere we deliver in India.
- Flat ₹49 below that line — one charge for the whole order, never per pad and never per box.
- No surcharges. There is no handling fee, no packaging fee and no fuel levy on top.
When your order leaves us
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day go onto the packing bench the same day. We hand parcels to the courier within 1–2 business days, shipping Monday to Saturday. Bulk boxes of 48 and 150 pads, and anything containing 25×30 inch easel pads, are re-taped and corner-padded by hand before they go out, which is why the odd oversized order takes the full window rather than the short end of it.
How long it takes to arrive
Once dispatched, transit is normally 3–8 business days. Metro addresses typically land at the 3–5 business days end; the rest of India runs to 5–8 business days. With handling included, most orders reach you within 4–10 business days of confirmation. We ship through Delhivery / XpressBees. Remote, hill and island PIN codes can add a day or two, and heavy monsoon weeks slow the whole network down — we would rather say so than quote a date we cannot hold.
Where we ship
Within India only. We do not ship internationally, and an order placed with an address outside India will be cancelled and refunded in full. If your PIN code is outside our courier network, checkout tells you before you pay rather than after.
Paying for it
Pay by UPI in advance, or choose Cash on Delivery and settle with the courier at your door. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge, though a few far-flung locations are prepaid-only; checkout shows which applies to your address.
Tracking
The moment your parcel ships we send a tracking link by email and by SMS. If the tracking page has not moved for more than 48 hours, tell us and we will chase the courier ourselves — that is our job, not yours.
If something goes wrong in transit
Record a short video as you open the box if anything looks crushed or opened. With that clip we replace or refund damaged, wrong or missing items immediately, at no shipping cost to you. Full detail lives on the Refund & Returns page.
